Welcome to the Jikook CEO Fest. This is a Jikook-centric fest where one or both characters must be a CEO.Mods:

Rules
Prompting Guidelines:> Must have an ao3 account
> Jikook must be the main ship, and at least one of them need to be a CEO.
> You can prompt up to 15 prompts.
> Prompts must respect fest restrictions.
> Prompts must include TW or CW if necessary (eg. TW: drugs) as well as the prompters Do Wants and Do Not Wants.
> Prompters must refrain from asking for too specific plots as it can restrict the writer; since this is a fest, not a commission.Claiming Guidelines:
For Writers:> Writers must be 18+
> Writers must have an ao3 account and twitter account, as well as a valid email address.
> Writers can claim the prompts on ao3 and can claim up to 3 prompts (this includes one self-prompt)
> A prompt can only be claimed once > first come first serve (claim and fill the form)
> Writers must fill in the claiming form after claiming on ao3 with all the requested information so we can contact you when needed
> Writers who don’t fill in the claiming form within 48 hours, will have their claims deleted.
> Jikook must be the main ship, and at least one of them need to be a CEO.
> WIP Wednesday is allowed as long as there is no giveaway about what prompt it is about
> Fics must have at least 1500 words. WIPS are allowed and must meet the minimum word count.
> Fics must respect fest restrictions, as well as the prompters Do Wants and Don’t Wants
> Fics must be tagged appropriately
> Pairings with other artists, original characters, and insert reader (Y/N) is not allowed. This fest is limited to bts pairings only.
> Works must be original and new. Plagiarism will result in the disqualification of the perpetrator and they will be blocked.
> Moodboards are allowed in the story so long as there is no username on them until the author has been revealed.
> Writers can choose to remain anonymous. The submission form will include the options.For Artists:> Artists must have a Twitter account to participate.
> Artists do not have to claim prompts on ao3 for art submissions - only the artist claiming form will need to be filled
> Artists can claim up to three prompts (this includes one self-prompt)
> First come first serve (whoever submits the claiming form first gets the prompt)
> Artists must fill out the claiming form for artists with information about the prompt they want to claim.
> Jikook must be the main focus pairing in the art, and at least one of them need to be a CEO.
> Original characters/other idols aren’t allowed.
> WIP Wednesday is allowed as long as there is no giveaway about what prompt it is about
> Art must respect fest restrictions, do wants and do not wants of the prompter
> Possible triggers need to be mentioned
> Plagiarism will result in the disqualification of the perpetrator and they will be blocked.Other:> Confirmations and check-ups will be done via email. Therefore it is important that you offer a valid email address.
> Creators that don’t answer their check-in will have their claims deleted at the end of check-in period.
> If you update or change your contact information let us know via email.Drop Out:> You can drop out at any moment during the fest - please fill in the drop out form if you do wish to do so
> Once you drop out the prompt will become available for other creators to claim, so you won’t be able to submit your work for that previously claimed prompt if another creator does claim it
> If you drop out, we kindly request that you do not use that prompt for personal use. It is for the fest.
> We understand that sometimes life happens and you can no longer fulfill your claim - and that’s okay!Restricted themes:
> Pedophilia/underage sex, incest, beastiality, non-consensual sex/rapeAllowed themes:> Mpreg, omegaverse, cisswap, boypussy, extreme kinks, dark themes & dub-con. These are only allowed if they are tagged. All tropes and themes are allowed.Works can be SFW or NSFW.Because of the content allowed in this fest, no minors will be allowed to partake in this fest (as a prompter, reader, writer, or artist). • What is this fest about?⤑This is a Jikook-centric fest where one or both characters must be a CEO.• How does this fest work?⤑People will be submitting prompts via ao3 to our collection during the prompting period. Once prompting period has ended, claiming will begin and authors will be able to claim prompts from the collection and write them. The writers will have to meet the minimum word count of 1500 words by submission time, and work in progresses are allowed! Artists can claim prompts as well, but they don’t need to claim on ao3. Artists can just claim a prompt from the collection by filling in the artist claiming form and creating!• What ships are allowed?⤑The main ship must be Jikook but side ships are allowed.• How do I participate?⤑Anyone can take part, either as a prompter, writer, artist or reader. Prompters send their prompts to the ao3 collection, making sure that they follow the fest rules. Writers and artists can claim and then submit their work if it follows the fest rules and the prompters do wants and do not wants.• How many prompts can I claim?⤑Writers can claim 3 prompts(self-prompts included.• Is there minimum word count?⤑Yes, 1500 words. WIPs are allowed.• What happens if I miss a check-in?⤑Creators will be given one week to respond to our check-in, and if there is no response their claim(s) will be deleted, and it will be assumed that the creator has dropped out of the fest.• Do you allow extensions?⤑If you feel that you need an extension please contact the mods and we can work something out!• What timezone are guys working with?⤑Everything is in KST.
